Over its 24 years of activity, the Portuguese Macrobiotic Institute, IMP, has become the reference macrobiotic education centre in Portugal and is one of the most prestigious establishments at international level.
IMP is a humanist institution dedicated to the study of arts and science, and its purpose is to pass knowledge on how to develop individually and in society.
