Yoga features a series of psycho-physical techniques allowing those who practice it to deepen their self-knowledge and improve their daily life.
With practice, increasing muscular tonus and developing attention to the body, directly translates into posture improvement and more harmonious functioning of the organs. The loss of fatty tissue improves the functioning of different systems, namely breathing and circulation.
The classes respect the tradition of Hatha Yoga and are dynamic, focusing on ostheomuscular alignment, using breathing as the connecting line, bringing us the benefits of postures and mental tranquillity.
