The IMP Summer camps have been held for more than 20 years, evidence that they have fulfilled the goal for which they aimed since the first edition: to offer an unforgettable experience for all participants who choose to spend their holidays with us.

To achieve our intention we put together a place with natural surroundings, a carefully selected program of activities, we gathered the best teachers in the area of natural health (physical, emotional and spiritual) and spiced it up with delicious macrobiotic meals.

The end result is an initiative that has contributed to the improvement of the quality of life of many people.

  Eugenia Varatojo is one of the leading macrobiotic teachers in Portugal, the author of several cookbooks and a regular teacher in Spain. Together with her husband, she founded the Kushi Institute of Portugal and she is currently responsible for the cooking courses at the IMP.

  Francisco Varatojo, Director of IMP, is one of the best qualified macrobiotic consultants. Over the years he has given numerous lectures and speeches in various public institutions. He is a guest teacher at the Calouste Gulbenkian Higher Nurses' Institute. He is a regular teacher and conference lecturer in Europe and in the USA. He is a regular columnist of SOL weekly newspaper.
