  Francisco Varatojo, Director of IMP, is one of the best qualified macrobiotic consultants. Over the years he has given numerous lectures and speeches in various public institutions. He is a regular columnist of SOL weekly newspaper.

  João Filippi is one of the most respected practitioners of Shiatsu in Portugal. He is the coordinator of the Shiatsu School of Portugal, professor at the Shiatsu School in Valencia and assistant professor at the International School of Shiatsu in Switzerland. In his work, he integrates Biodynamic Massage and Psycho-Body Integral Therapy.

  João Rijo is a Dynamic Hatha-Yoga instrutor, trained by the Portuguese Yoga Centre.   Saul Goodman is the founder of the International School of Shiatsu. His unique and peculiar style of teaching is a fusion between Eastern energetic work and Western science and physiology. He is the author of "The Book of Shiatsu", "Shin Tai" and "Light Body Activation".
