Here you'll find some delicious Macrobiotic recipes published in the books Cozinha Natural, Macro Apetite and A Memória dos Sabores, as well as some dishes shared during the IMP Spring/Summer events and students' lunches.

If you wish to share your favourite speciality, please send us the recipe by e-mail, including ingredients, preparation details and, if possible, a photo of the final dish. We will be very happy to publish it on this space!
